These Terms of Service govern your use of Verivis Health Ltd's platform and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Your Statutory 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason and receive a full refund.

  • • Cooling-off period: 14 days from the date your subscription starts
  • • How to cancel: Email support@herbaladvisor.ai or use the account cancellation feature in your account settings
  • • Immediate access: If you request that the service begins immediately during the 14-day cooling-off period, you retain your right to cancel but your refund will be reduced pro-rata for the service already delivered
  • • Refund processing: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method you used to purchase

After the 14-Day Period

  • • Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, except as required by law
  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • • Free trial periods do not extend the statutory cooling-off period for paid subscriptions commenced after the trial
