Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime — no further billing. You keep paid access until the end of your current billing period. You also have a statutory 14-day refund window under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; outside that window, subscriptions are non-refundable. Manage or cancel through the secure Stripe billing portal.
What happens after my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you keep read-only access to past recommendations. New supplement questions require an active monthly or yearly plan.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can switch to yearly at any time and save 30%. If you're on yearly, you can switch to monthly at your next renewal.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). To answer your questions, your prompts and health profile are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI and Google) under data processing agreements, and they do not use your data to train models. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information for marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains which other services we use, such as Stripe for payments.
